Bluedig 2D is a budget friendly system that’s easily installed yourself.
With an accuracy of 1cm at the bucket tip, you can dig to any depth also grade single or dual slopes 360 degrees around the machine.
Take a reference from a datum point, or catch your rotating laser, and your away.
All components are completely wireless, enabling easy fitment when required. The ruggedised android tablet gives clear indication of desired depth with audible tones too.
The wireless sensors are charged by usb-c and are small & lightweight. These are used on the chassis, boom, stick, bucket / tilt.
No additional tilt sensor is need for monitoring a tilt bucket or hitch, the bucket sensor does this as standard.
The in cab sensor monitors chassis & slew angles, so you can maintain the desired depth to grade as you rotate the cab.
Install yourself
There’s no need for an expert site visit for installation, the calibration wizard walks you through step by step, and takes around an hour for a first timer.

What’s included? 1 x 8 inch ruggedised android tablet, RAM tablet holder with window mount, Bluedig sensors with storage case, 15w mains charger with 4 way usb-c lead. Calibration tools include: green dual line laser, small elevating tripod, small magnetic spirit level. You just need a tape measure.
